Open vibechess.ru/clockin your phone's browser (or launch it from the Vibe Chess bot menu). Put the phone between the players, screen up. After each move a player taps their side of the screen - time switches to the opponent, just like a real clock.
The clock works both inside Telegram and in a normal browser. No separate app; you only need internet to open the page - after that the timer runs on its own.
What the increment and '5+3' mean
Time control is written as 'minutes + seconds'. 5+3 means 5 minutes for the whole game per player plus 3 seconds added after each move. That is the Fischer increment - it keeps a game from ending on the flag in a winning position.
Popular options: 3+2 and 5+0 for blitz, 10+5 and 15+10for rapid. Our clock supports the increment and shows a move counter so it's easy to check against the scoresheet.

Do I need internet during the game?
Only to open the clock page. After it loads, the timer runs locally in the browser and the connection no longer affects the game.

Yes. The clock supports the Fischer increment: you set minutes and seconds per move. 3+2 is 3 minutes for the game plus 2 seconds added per move.
Will the screen stay on if a player thinks for a long time?
